Once you have placed an order, you will be assigned an order number. This is a number unique to your order so you will not be confused with any other customers who may be ordering from us.

This phone line can be used for any questions or orders. Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday - 8:30 to 5:30, Saturday - 8:30 to 3 Central Time Zone.

Our fax line is available for any order or questions. It is available 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week. Be sure to include all necessary information along with both day and evening phone numbers.

All orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Special UPS services available include 3 Day, 2 Day, and Overnight services if you request and are at additional charge. These special services indicate the approximate days of shipping and do not include processing time, which is usually within one working day.

All shipping charges for an order are additional and not included in our prices. Freight charges are based on the weight and size of the packages and a processing fee.

Orders less then $25.00 will be charged a $3.00 service charge to handle phone/processing costs.

We will try to ship your order complete the same day or next day. "Sold Out" items will automatically be cancelled. IF YOU MUST HAVE AN ORDER BY A SPECIFIC DAY/DATE, PLEASE INDICATE SO! We may have to upgrade your specified shipping method to meet your deadline! Any upgrades will be charged to the customer!

As soon as you place your order, processing begins. If you call or email with additional items/changes, we will try to accommodate you but cannot guarantee it will be combined with the original order.

Orders that required special processing will be assessed a $10.00 rush order fee on orders received after 1:00 P.M. CST.

Any return/exchanges must be made within 15 days of invoice. We do allow extra time around the holidays. Exchanges will be made with no-restocking fee, however customers pays all shipping charges both ways. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee unless an error was made on our part. A R.A. (return authorization) number is required on all returns and exchanges. Please email or call for this number.

For prompt service we must have your latest and accurate shipping address. Please look at your mailing label and notify us immediately if changes are necessary. We can ship to alternate addresses if you specify. (Subject to credit card company approval).
